Although our ability to provide our service requires that we collect some personal information about our website visitors, partners, customers and CV Distribution subscribers, we take care to protect the privacy and confidentiality of that information.

Disclosure to third parties

We will not sell, trade or rent personal information to others in any way. We will not share your personal information with others (with the exception of CV distribution to the companies that you have selected for such service and account, credit card, and ordering information, which are only shared with our clearing banks and payment processing companies, including PayPal) without express permission. Contact information from the signup forms may be used to send information about our products and services. The user's contact information may also be used to correspond with him or her when necessary and we may use external reputable companies to deliver any newsletters to which he or she has chosen to subscribe.

Security

When you sign up for our services, we may offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

Use of cookies

We aim to display clear pricing information for all of our goods and services, which we believe are all very clearly stated and straightforward.

CV DISTRIBUTION

JobVision distributes via e-mail, fax, post or other means as available from time to time the CV of users of the services of JobVision. In general the users select the companies to whom they want their CV to be sent so, after a review is made to make sure that no obscene or forbidden material is contained in the application, JobVision sends the users' CV as if the sender was the user himself and not JobVision. JobVision will not be liable under no circumstance also in case the user has not paid for the service or if JobVision fails to send a CV to one or more of the companies selected by the user or if the address, for whatever reason, is or has become incorrect. JobVision continuously checks its database of addresses and does its best to keep it up to date and with correct addresses. Nonetheless, it may happen that a CV is not delivered to one or more addresses. This may be due to one or more reasons such as, but not limited to: mailbox is full, server temporarily or definitively unavailable, antivirus rejected the sender's address or the attachment, email address has changed or ceased to exist, etc... JobVision constantly monitors these various situations and tries to fix them. In case you are aware of any of these circumstances you are welcome to let JobVision know so to contribute to keeping a high quality of the services offered.

DISPUTES & REFUNDS POLICY

JobVision wants you to be happy with your purchases. In addition to your right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply write to contact@jobvision.org after 30 days and not later than 45 days from your purchase and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of 5% for handling and commission, where applicable. It is important that you do not claim a request for refund before the stated period to allow for the rendered services to have effect and be properly evaluated. We will be happy to refund the purchase price in full if in presence of our error or a defect.
